Ripley ITT celebrates 10 year anniversary
Ripley ITT marked its tenth anniversary with a special celebration at Ribby Hall, bringing together mentors, former trainees, partner schools and supporters who have played a significant part in our journey. The event was an opportunity to reflect on a decade of commitment to high-quality teacher education and to recognise the achievements of the many teachers who have begun their careers with us.
We were delighted to welcome Emma Hollis, Chief Executive of NASBTT, as our keynote speaker. Her thoughtful reflection on the national landscape of teacher education, and her recognition of Ripley ITT’s contribution to the profession, provided a fitting highlight for the evening.
Over the past ten years, Ripley ITT has grown into a strong community of mentors, trainees and partner schools who share a common aim: developing excellent teachers for our region. The anniversary event offered a chance not only to celebrate what has been achieved, but also to look ahead to the next decade of innovation, collaboration and continued focus on high-quality training.
We extend our thanks to everyone who attended and to all those who have supported Ripley ITT over the years. Your contribution has helped shape the success of our programme and the careers of so many early career teachers
